Puas yog Lubrication siab dua rau Boron Nitride?
Dec 20, 2023
Boron nitride (BN) yog cov khoom siv ntau yam uas muaj cov khoom siv lubrication tshwj xeeb. Feem ntau, qhov siab dua lub lubrication ntawm BN, nws qhov kev ua tau zoo dua. Qhov no yog qhov tseeb tshwj xeeb tshaj yog thaum nws los txog rau kev thov kev lag luam uas yuav tsum tau lubrication zoo dua, xws li hauv cov cav tov high-speed lossis high-pressure ib puag ncig. Cov khoom uas muaj roj ntau ntawm BN tuaj yeem pab tiv thaiv kev hnav thiab tsim kua muag ntawm cov tshuab, txo kev sib txhuam, thiab txhim kho tag nrho cov kev ua tau zoo thiab lub neej ntev ntawm cov khoom siv.
Ntxiv mus, BN-raws li lubricants yog heev tiv taus kub thiab tshuaj lom neeg cov tshuaj tiv thaiv. Lawv tuaj yeem tiv taus qhov kub thiab txias yam tsis tau tawg, uas ua rau lawv xaiv zoo rau cov ntawv thov uas yuav tsum tau lubrication hauv qhov kub thiab txias. Cov khoom no ua rau BN-based lubricants yog qhov kev xaiv zoo tshaj plaws rau ntau yam kev lag luam, los ntawm aerospace mus rau tsheb, thiab los ntawm semiconductor manufacturing mus rau electronics thiab tshaj.
Tsis tas li ntawd, BN yog cov khoom tsis muaj tshuaj lom thiab muaj kev nyab xeeb rau kev siv ntau yam. Nws cov khoom kuj txhais tau tias nws ruaj khov heev thiab tsis hnov mob nrog cov tshuaj uas nws tau ntsib. Qhov no ua kom ntseeg tau tias cov khoom lubrication ntawm BN nyob twj ywm zoo ib yam nyob rau lub sijhawm, uas ua rau lub neej ntev thiab kev ntseeg siab ntawm cov khoom siv uas nws siv hauv.
Hauv kev xaus, BN-based lubricants muaj ntau yam khoom muaj txiaj ntsig zoo rau kev siv hauv kev lag luam. Lawv cov khoom lubricating zoo heev, kub tsis kam, tshuaj lom neeg ruaj khov, thiab tsis muaj tshuaj lom neeg ua rau lawv yog qhov kev xaiv zoo tshaj plaws rau kev thov cov ntawv thov uas qhov zoo lubrication yog qhov tseem ceeb.
Shengyang New Material Co., Ltd. tau cog lus rau kev tsim cov boron nitride thiab boron nitride ua cov khoom, thiab tuaj yeem kho ntau yam boron nitride insulating ceramic qhov chaw raws li cov neeg siv khoom xav tau. Tiv tauj peb yog tias tsim nyog.
